Since 2008 we have focused 100% on developing and operating our own unique model for combining competent programmers and experienced project management for an overall delivery model under Danish conditions.

We have selected an extremely limited selection of programmers, all of whom are among the best 10%, because we firmly believe - as well as having considerable experience over time - that the best 10% can compete in the global market whether they come from Denmark, the United States, India, the Ukraine or Kenya.

We decided to collaborate with a country as untraditional in IT terms as Kenya simply because this is precisely where we are able to attract and hold onto the very best - programmers who can match even the best Danish developers.
