They didn't have the right skills
They didn't have the right attitude to work in my organization
We decided to insource the knowledge instead
We didn't feel comfortable being dependant of an external partner
We don't/didn't have enough projects to continue using other resources than internal ones
Our projects occur somewhat unpredictable and it was difficult to find any external resources that where flexible enough
