These are typically university graduates in software development, who have been awarded an
exceptionally good degree– typically ranking among those awarded either ”First Class Honours”
or ”Upper Second Class Honours”. A yellow belt developer usually has 0-2 years’ full-time experience after graduation.

Those who join us as Green Belt Devleopers are usually also university graduates in software development,
who have been awarded an exceptionally good degree. They usually also have 2-4 years’ full-time
experience after graduation.
